ADDITIONAL RULES: Credit union membership is required. Members must be in good standing. Employees, volunteers, and immediate family members are not eligible.
No fee for entry and no purchase of credit union products or services are necessary.
Entries over one (1) per member will be disqualified.
Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
First Commonwealth reserves the right to use photographs taken of winners and guests during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
One (1) pair of tickets will be awarded to 175 randomly selected winners with verified entries, using a random number generator. First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union (First Commonwealth) will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
First Commonwealth will not be held liable for any failure to receive entries. First Commonwealth takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, First Commonwealth’s liability shall be limited to the cost of the Prize.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, First Commonwealth reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner will be provided to the IronPigs to enable fulfillment of the Prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond First Commonwealth’s reasonable control, First Commonwealth reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. First Commonwealth is not responsible for game delays or cancellations due to inclement weather.
First Commonwealth’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, First Commonwealth shall not be liable under these additional rules, the giveaway, or any Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss, or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and First Commonwealth and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise. Each winning member is responsible for any possible tax consequences associated with the prize.
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is not affiliated with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.
