Terry Grier’s wealth of experience stems from more than 25 years of leadership, with 18 years in the financial services industry. Terry is instrumental in leading enterprise initiatives, process improvements, and optimizing First Commonwealth’s portfolio of lending products and services. Terry's key focus is on building comprehensive business solutions as a trusted financial partner for small and medium sized businesses throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley.

With over 35 years of financial services industry experience, John Melcher is responsible for accelerating performance through the development and execution of a robust strategic plan to deliver on First Commonwealth’s purpose and mission. John brings depth in several disciplines to First Commonwealth where he oversees Enterprise Strategy, Government Affairs, Business Development, Retail Financial Centers, Marketing & Corporate Communications, and Human Resources.

As a member of the executive leadership team, Kim leads First Commonwealth’s Finance and Risk organizations. In her role, she provides strategic direction and leadership for the Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management departments along with oversight of Corporate Real Estate and Legal.
