First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union is relocating its Allentown Financial Center on Union Boulevard to a new location in Allentown Commons, designed to better support how members bank today.
The new Allentown Commons Financial Center, located at 1420 Hanover Avenue, Allentown, PA, will open on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, replacing the former Union Boulevard location.
This move reflects a focus on accessibility, convenience, and a banking environment that supports both in-person and drive-up service, while preserving the personal experience members expect.
What to expect at the Allentown Commons Financial Center
The Allentown Commons location offers a modern, flexible space designed to support everyday banking needs.
Members can expect:

- Continued in-person and drive-up banking services
- The same familiar team and trusted service
- No changes to existing accounts or services
While the space is new, our commitment to serving the Allentown community remains unchanged.
Important dates during the transition
To complete the relocation, the Union Boulevard Financial Center will be closed on:
- Saturday, March 28, 2026
- Monday, March 30, 2026
During this time, members may visit the Downtown Allentown Financial Center at 840 W. Hamilton Street, Suite 122, or any other First Commonwealth Financial Center for assistance.
Digital Banking will also remain available for convenient access to accounts and services.
