Setting Up Your Digital Banking

 

Unique Login Change

Every member will have their own unique login. All of the accounts you have access to will display within your new experience. It is important that if you share an account with another person, that you each have your own logins.



Follow these steps to start using your Digital Banking!

In Digital Banking you will have your own unique ID and password. Do not share your information with another user. 

  1. If you are the Primary Owner on an account, in our old system, visit https://secure.firstcomcu.org/firstcomcu/uux.aspx#/login
     
  2. If you are a Joint Owner/Borrower only or do not currently use digital banking, use this form to register: https://secure.firstcomcu.org/firstcomcu/SDK/AutoEnrollmentE2E
      
  3. Enter your current login id (on an account you are primary) and password, then follow the prompts to complete the registration

    Note: If you are primary on more than one account and use bill pay, choose the login associated with your bill pay account. Please review our Bill Pay section as options have now changed.

Enrolling in Mobile Deposit

Mobile Check Deposit is a service that allows you to deposit checks directly into your First Commonwealth account(s) by taking a picture of a check using your smartphone. Follow the instructions below to enroll yourself today!

Open the app on your mobile device. You cannot enroll on a desktop.

Select Settings from the Menu button and select Mobile Deposit Enrollment.

Once enrolled click the log out button.

Log back in. You will now see the Deposit a Check option in the left-hand menu.

Adding External Accounts

Adding External Accounts

External Accounts links your other accounts to your FCFCU account, allowing for easy transferring of funds back and forth. Follow the instructions below to add external accounts.

Select Move Money and click Add External Account.

Follow the prompts to add your other FI's routing and account number. You will receive two micro-deposits in your other account (this can take up to 5 days).

Once the two micro-deposits are received log back in.

Select Move Money and click Verify External Account. Once verified you should now see these in your Make a Transfer/Make a Payment Drop-Down menus.

Bill Pay Informaiton

IMPORTANT BILL PAY INFORMATION

As a member who is enrolled in our online bill payment service, we want to make sure you are aware of the new changes. Our new digital banking is an enhanced and streamlined service for all users. All of your payee information (creditor, address, account number info, etc.) WILL be carried over into the new digital banking. You will not need to set these up again. Your bill pay experience will remain similar, but there are a few important changes that we have outlined below. 

 

NOTE: To see your payee, you need to submit your challenge phrases. 

Your challenge phrases can be selected from the drop-down boxes.

 


 

Primary Owners with One Bill Pay Account

Your entire Bill Pay account will transfer over into the new system. If you have more than one checking account you can add additional pay from checking accounts.


Joint Owners

If you are a Joint Owner and typically use your current bill pay account to make payments, you will need to contact us once you have registered in the new system, after the upgrade, so we can manually move the bill pay account to the correct login.

Add your other First Commonwealth FCU Checking Accounts and click the Next button

Add your other First Commonwealth FCU Checking Accounts and click the Next button. Be sure to use the full MICR number located at the bottom of your checks.

On the next screen, you will review the information you have entered. Once you confirm that the information is correct, click submit.

Transfers and Payments

Transfers and Payments

Transfers and payments are conducted on separate pages. Any future-dated transfers or payments you have set-up will continue to happen. Future-dated and recurring transfers and payments will now happen in the morning instead of at night.

You will be able to view, edit, and cancel any deposit account transfers within your Online Banking. 

You will NOT be able to view any future-dated payments you have set-up. In order to be able to view, edit, or cancel these in the new system, you MUST contact us. To avoid double payment, do not set up the payment in the new digital banking until you contact us.

Transferring Money Between Your Deposit Accounts

Select Move Money > Make a Transfer
You will also select this option to advance money from your lines of credit and credit cards.

Making Payments to Your First Commonwealth Loans

Select Payments > Make a Payment
This includes all loans, lines of credit, credit cards and mortgages.


Transferring Money to Another Member’s Account

 Move Money > Pay an FCFCU Member

If you currently have the ability to put money into another member’s account, you may need to set this back up. For example, if you put money into your child’s account, but you are not a joint owner, you will need to add the account under Move Money > Pay an FCFCU Member. If you currently are a joint owner on your child’s account, you will see that account in your digital banking.

You now have the ability to put money into another member's account with a tap of a button. Follow the instructions below to learn how.

Select Move Money and click Pay an FCFCU Member

Scroll to the bottom of the page to either select a single transfer or to link another member's account.

If you are planning to make more than one transfer or need to create a recurring or future-dated transfer, linking the other member's account is required.

To link another member's account (deposit only), enter the member's account details. Once you have reviewed the information click the submit button.

The next time you log in to online banking, this account will be listed in the "To Account" dropdown list on the Make a Transfer page.

If making a loan payment, select Payments and then click Make a Payment. The account will be listed in the "To Account" dropdown.
