We will always do what we can to help our members and their families, especially when unexpected financial difficulty strikes. To help ease any hardships that our members may be facing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union is offering financial assistance and connection to community resources to members that have been financially affected. We realize for many, this may be the first time they’ve been faced with this type of crisis and we’re here to help you navigate through these unexpected events and are doing everything we can to offer assistance.

We have options for members to help in the event of a COVID-19 related financial change. We’ve developed a number of Relief Programs to help members that may need one-time or ongoing assistance. Relief is available for members with loans with us who may need temporary relief or an alternate long-term solution, including payment deferrals on existing loans and special low-interest loan programs. 

Good advice and sound planning will help you get through the toughest life situations. Our certified financial wellness coaches are here to help you navigate any potential financial hardships; together, we can overcome this difficult time.
