First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union announced today that Tricia C. Szurgot has joined the organization as Chief Marketing and Retail Officer. Szurgot will oversee six financial centers, contact center, retail sales, marketing, communications and business development initiatives as First Commonwealth positions itself for continued growth and evolution while helping its members grow and thrive financially.
Szurgot is a credit union veteran who brings over twenty years of senior executive experience to the role, and has worked with some of the world’s top experience brands in the areas of marketing, customer experience and product innovation. She has been recognized for her achievements in these areas with eleven national awards.
