Best Transaction Experience

Bethlehem, PA – February 5, 2018– MemberXP, a customer satisfaction measurement platform serving the financial services industry, has designated First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union as one of 2018’s "Best of the Best" credit unions for "Best Transaction Experience."

MemberXP provides member satisfaction survey and NPS (Net Promoter Score) services to First Commonwealth FCU to continually measure member satisfaction. This Best of the Best designation is awarded to financial institutions that consistently provide exceptional levels of service during a calendar year and is based on the institution’s performance throughout 2017. This prestigious award is given to fewer than one in five of the high-performing credit unions using MemberXP’s service evaluation platform.

A credit union cannot apply for this award. It is independently granted by MemberXP based on specific criteria including member service and ease of use.
