I understand the hardship you may be facing right now and the uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the COVID-19 global pandemic. At First Commonwealth, we’re here to help! While our daily lives continue to be impacted by COVID-19, it's important to know that the well-being of our employees, members, partners, and communities remains our top priority. First Commonwealth is considered a LIFE-SUSTAINING business and we remain open to assist you.

Effective Monday, March 23, 2020, all First Commonwealth FCU Financial Centers will be open for Drive-Up Service Only. Drive-up and Contact Center hours will continue on our modified schedule and be available from 9 am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday and 9 am to Noon on Saturdays. For your convenience, First Commonwealth locations are listed on our website.

What this means for you is that you can conduct business using our drive-ups at all Financial Centers. We will offer limited service in our Financial Centers by pre-scheduled appointments only. We ask that members request appointments for crucial services that cannot be conducted using drive-up service, ATM/ITM, online or mobile banking, remote deposit or night deposit. Appointments will be available at our Allentown, Easton, Fogelsville and Kutztown locations. If you would like to talk with a Member Experience Associate about additional services, we encourage you to call our Contact Center, so we can help you at your convenience from your home.

We strongly encourage you to utilize First Commonwealth’s digital tools and resources which remain available for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. Our membership and loan applications also remain accessible via our website.

We are committed to being responsive to the needs of our members and protecting your finances as the situation evolves. We are also working to conduct business in accordance with recommendations from our government and regulatory agencies regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We have options for members to help in the event of a COVID-19 related financial change. We’ve developed a number of Relief Programs to help members that may need one-time or ongoing assistance. Relief is available for members with loans with us who may need temporary relief or an alternate long-term solution, including payment deferrals on existing loans and special low-interest loan programs. If you’re experiencing financial hardship and in need of assistance, please reach out to us at 610.821.2400 ext. 6773 to discuss.
