To help ease any hardships that you or your employees may be facing as a result of Governor Wolf’s mandate to close any non-life sustaining businesses, First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union is offering financial assistance and connection to community resources to members that have been financially affected. We realize for many, this may be the first time they’ve been faced with this type of crisis and we’re here to help you navigate through these unexpected events and are doing everything we can to offer assistance.

We’ve developed a Relief Program geared to help members that may need one-time or ongoing assistance, such as those with loans with us who may need a temporary relief or alternate long-term solution. Should you find yourself in need of assistance, please reach out to us at 610.821.2400 ext.6773 to discuss. Good advice and sound planning will help you get through the toughest life situations.

Additionally, your Member Development Associates are working diligently to make banking easier for your employees and provide solutions that support the recommended social distancing guidelines. Our Financial Centers are open for drive-up service in all locations and by appointment for in-person business.

We’d like to offer you the opportunity to have a landing page (customized to meet your branding guidelines) that allows your employees the opportunity to safely bank from the comfort of their own home. They will be able to open accounts, apply for loans, schedule appointments at one of our financial centers, and so much more 24/7.  Over the last few weeks, we have been introducing our landing page concept to our partners and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
