As a member who is enrolled in our digital banking, we want to make sure you are aware of upcoming changes to your online and mobile banking experience. We are confident this upgrade will result in enhanced and streamlined service for all digital banking users, but we want you to be aware of a few important changes outlined below. Understanding these changes will help minimize any disruption to your usage of digital banking.

What You Need to Do Now

Identify if you are the primary or joint owner on your current account

Log in to your current online banking account. The person whose name appears at the top of the account listing is the Primary Owner. If you have more than one account, log in to each of them to identify whether you are primary on any account. If you are primary on at least one of your accounts, proceed to Primary Owner Next Steps. If you are joint owner on all of your accounts, proceed to Joint Owner Next Steps.

Primary Owner Next Steps

1. Log in to your current Online Banking, Select Services, then Select Change Personal Information

2. Confirm your information is correct; submit necessary changes

Joint Owner Next Steps

1. Please contact the credit union by logging into your account and sending us a secure message to confirm your email and phone number.

If the information you register with does not match the information on your account, you will not be able to complete the registration process.
