*New checking account must be opened between 9/8/09 - 11/21/09. Member may not be a primary or joint owner on an existing First Commonwealth checking account. First direct deposit of full net pay must be received by 12/31/09. At least one bill must be paid using e-Payer, our online bill payment service by 12/31/09. Only payments made to third-party companies will qualify. First Commonwealth account(s) must be in good standing in order to be eligible for incentive payment. Only one incentive payment per qualifying member. Any and all tax liability is the responsibility of the member. To claim your incentive: Simply complete and return a Redemption Coupon, available online or at any FCFCU branch. Incentive payment will be credited to the member's new checking account. Redemption Coupon must be received by 12/31/09. Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for processing.
