APR=Annual Percentage Rate. All applicants applying for a Visa will be reviewed for creditworthiness. If approved, the type of card (Platinum, Platinum Rewards) and the credit line granted are subject to the credit union’s underwriting guidelines. VARIABLE RATE INFORMATION: Visa Platinum: The APR is equal to Prime Rate plus a margin of 3.74%, 6% or 10%, depending on creditworthiness, and will never be greater than 18%; Visa Platinum Rewards: The APR is equal to Prime Rate plus a margin of 5% and will never be greater than 18%.
Promotional Period for Introductory Annual Percentage Rate (APR). The Introductory APR for balance transfers, cash advances and purchases will apply to transactions posted to your account within 180 days of account opening. You must apply between July 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017. The introductory rate is dependent on applicant credit and will be 0.99% APR, 1.99% APR based on an evaluation of applicant credit. The introductory rate will be applied to Visa Platinum cash advances, balance transfers and purchases made during the first six billing cycles after Visa open date; any remaining balance will begin to accrue interest at the variable rate (based on creditworthiness) of 7.99% APR, 10.25% APR, or 14.25% APR, which is subject to change. The introductory rate of 0.99% APR will be applied to Visa Platinum Rewards cash advances, balance transfers and purchases made during the first six billing cycles after Visa open date; any remaining balance will begin to accrue interest at the variable rate of 9.25% APR, which is subject to change. Payments will be applied as stated in your Visa Consumer Credit Card Agreement. Any existing balances on current First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union loan and/or credit card accounts are not eligible for the introductory APR.
